What to expect in a metamorphosis session? Metamorphosis emerged from reflexology and includes holding reflex points on the feet, hands, head and spine. The points being held will vary per session based on where the tension is showing up the strongest during the appointment time. Sessions are fully clothed.
What is the recommended frequency? A series of 5-8 sessions (weekly or bi-weekly) done once or twice per year can be an amazing way to steadily bring more flow, vitality, joy, clarity and presence into your life. Stand alone sessions can also be very supportive in stressful times.
