WHAT IS FOOT REFLEXOLOGY?
Reflexology is a method of supporting and improving health and vitality by working pressure points ('reflexes') on the feet that correspond to all the organs, glands and musculoskeletal structures of the body.
This deeply relaxing modality supports the body's natural tendency to heal itself by releasing accumulated stress and improving the flow of blood, lymph and nerve impulses throughout the entire system.
Some people are surprised to find they reach a deeper state of relaxation in a reflexology session than with a full body massage.
Sessions are fully clothed. All ages are welcome.

How does reflexology work?
There are many reflexology maps in circulation. One of my favorites is this drawing above on the plantar aspect (the soles) of both feet.
Emily works with steady precision to unwind tension and activate the body's innate healing capacity. Her personal energy, her strong hands and her gravity free chair work in harmony to create a sublime reflexology experience for body and mind." Elizabeth Jebef, Photographer
NFWL ENDORSEMENT OF REFLEXOLOGY
In November, 2012 The National Foundation for Women Legislators’ National Policy Committee on Health & Empowerment joined the state and national organizations in encouraging the use of reflexology as one approach for women’s health care and wellness issues.
