Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT) is a form of energy psychology that involves lightly holding acupressure points on your head while placing your attention on "the problem" (a challenging situation, traumatic memory, negative belief or any other mental, emotional or physical distress you would like to heal, release or transform).
While you hold the pose, I lead you through a series of healing statements to help guide your attention and energy through a variety of perspectives pertaining to the issue being addressed.
By working holistically with the body-mind-energy system (via meridians, the brain, the biofield and intention), TAT effectively releases energetic blocks and creates space around limiting ways of perceiving and interpreting life events and conditions. Profound wisdom and insight commonly rise to conscious awareness in the process.
Following a TAT session, one typically feels more peace with the past, more present in their body and with life as it unfolds, and more in touch with the power of choice available in each moment.

One of the more well known and well researched energy psychology (EP) approaches is called Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or meridian tapping.
